POST AWARDS

Each Post that attains 95% in membership by December 31, 2022, will be placed in a drawing for ten (10) $100.00 gift certificates from the VFW Store. Awards may be picked up at Department HQ or at the Mid-Winter Conference.

The Post Commander and Quartermaster whose Post is in 1st place in their Georgia membership divisions on January 15, 2023 (at least 98%) will receive $100.00 as a Travel/Trip award to help defray expenses at the Department of Georgia Mid-Winter Conference. You must attend the Mid-Winter Conference to receive the award. Post must have at least 30 members for contest purposes. This award cannot be transferred.

The Post Commander and Quartermaster whose Post is in 2nd place in their Georgia membership divisions on January 15, 2023 (at least 98%) will receive $75.00 as a Travel/Trip award to help defray expenses at the Department of Georgia Mid-Winter Conference. You must attend the Mid-Winter Conference to receive the award. Post must have at least 30 members for contest purposes. This award cannot be transferred.

The Commander and Quartermaster selected as "Captain" of the "All-State Team" of Post Commanders and Quartermasters will receive $250.00 as a Travel/Trip award to help defray expenses at the Department of Georgia State Convention. You must attend the State Convention to receive the award.
